When we change our thinking, then we can change our feelings, our actions and the results we get in our life. I use a mixture of psychology and life coaching to help women lose unwanted weight
I used these same tools to help me lose over 20kgs and then keep that weight off for 2o years. So I know how difficult it is. I understand the journey. And I have helped 100's of women lose between 3kgs and 50kgs, over the last 10 years.
