Member Workshops
Each month, True Woman members are invited to join a free wellbeing and wellness workshop. These sessions are designed to bring members together, foster new friendships, and provide a dedicated space to focus on self-care amidst busy schedules.
The workshops aim to empower women by offering tools and resources to enhance their wellbeing. Members can gain valuable insights, build supportive connections, and enjoy a sense of belonging within the True Woman community.
These sessions are all about community, connection, and fun. Topics include nutrition, fitness, mental well-being, women-specific wellness, self-defence, and group dance
