Your free trial session is about you. You get to choose a class or simply tour the gym and try things out at your own pace.

You don’t need to be “fit” to start. Just be yourself and we’ll take care of the rest.
What to Bring With You
To get the most out of your visit, here’s what we recommend bringing:
A water bottle to stay hydrated.
A towel for workouts.
Comfortable activewear and gym shoes.
Any questions you’ve been meaning to ask (we love answering them!).

Classes typically run for 45–60 minutes. Gym tours and chats can be as quick or as in-depth as you like.
7. Do you have childcare?
Yes, our Hamilton gym has a crèche service available for members. Check our times here.
8. What facilities will I see on the tour?
You’ll see our group fitness studios, cardio and strength zones, Fit3D body scanner, and more.
