My Fitness Journey with True
Almost four years ago, I began my fitness transformation at True. At the time, I was nervous, felt unfit, and one of my biggest barriers was simply not knowing how to use gym equipment. I made a deliberate choice to join a women’s gym—I wanted to feel safe, supported, and empowered in a space designed for women.
My goal was clear: to improve my fitness level. But staying motivated and consistent was not always easy. What made the difference was the incredible support and coaching from the True team. Combined with my own determination, I’ve achieved far more than I ever imagined.
I committed to a routine that focused on strength training, box fit, and running—my true passion. Through consistency, I’ve transformed not just my body, but my entire mindset. I feel stronger, more confident, and energised. And beyond the physical changes, this journey has also been a huge boost to my mental well-being.
Walking into the gym now, I feel a sense of belonging and connection with the True team and community. It’s more than just a place to work out—it’s a space where friendships are formed, where you’re cheered on every step of the way.
My advice to you: Be patient. Stay consistent with your workouts. And above all, believe in yourself. It may not always be easy, but it is absolutely worth it.
