What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your free trial session is about you. You get to choose a class or simply tour the gym and try things out at your own pace.

Here’s what your first visit includes:

  • A warm welcome and gym tour with one of our team members.

  • Your choice of a free class or gym session.

  • A chance to meet our trainers and chat about your goals.

  • Time to ask any questions in a relaxed, friendly setting.

  • A look at our full range of classes, equipment, and support services.

You don’t need to be “fit” to start. Just be yourself and we’ll take care of the rest.

What to Bring With You

To get the most out of your visit, here’s what we recommend bringing:

  • A water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • A towel for workouts.

  • Comfortable activewear and gym shoes.

  • Any questions you’ve been meaning to ask (we love answering them!).
